SafeWise is supported by a dedicated team of trustees and board members. Our Main Board is the key decision-making and governance body and is made up of trustees who meet twice a year. This board nominates members to our smaller Executive Board who meet more frequently and at least four times a year to support and guide the Senior Leadership Team. Each centre is supported by a Local Board, chaired by a trustee and made up of a wide range of local representatives from public and private sectors. The local board support Centre Managers in delivering the business plan at a local level.
